At BoatEFX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
